What this website does
This website provides information about paper and board sourcing and includes an enquiry form. Email and enquiry are required; name, company, phone, quantity, delivery and paper details are optional. When the form is enabled, its server code sends those details to info@vtrademanagement.co.uk through authenticated Hostinger Email SMTP so VTrade can respond to the enquiry. There are no accounts, marketing opt-ins or automatic reply emails.
Cookies and browser storage
The website's own code has no analytics scripts, advertising trackers or browser local/session storage. The form uses an essential session cookie called vtrade_enquiry for security tokens and a submission status. Server security state contains tokens and timestamps, not the form's name, email, phone or enquiry contents. Images and styles are served from this website; no third-party service is embedded. Hostinger may separately provide server logs and traffic analytics.
Contact and external links
Telephone and email links open your device's calling or email application. Attachments sent using an email link are handled in that application; the website form accepts text only. Information you choose to share during a call is handled outside this website; VTrade has not yet confirmed its telephone-record handling practices. The LinkedIn credit and other external links lead to separate services with their own privacy information.
Form security and email
The form code processes the submitted fields to prepare an enquiry email; it does not save those field contents to a website database, application log or security session. For abuse prevention it stores a keyed hash of the connection IP address and attempt timestamps outside the public website directory. It checks recent attempts over 15-minute and one-hour windows and removes older entries when the next check runs. This describes the code, not a complete retention policy: email records and hosting logs are managed separately, and their retention, recipients and any transfers have not yet been confirmed.

Hosting can involve connection and security information, such as IP addresses. The actual hosting logs, processing arrangements, recipients, storage locations, retention and any international transfers have not yet been confirmed. This page describes the website's functions; it is not a complete notice for hosting records, enquiry emails or telephone enquiries.
